Meant to teach you basic tools to get you started in your meditation practice journey.
Meditation has been proven effective in reducing anxiety, depression, stress, and to enhance the immune system, and the parasympathetic nervous system response where healing and detox are activated in our bodies.
Our world has created so much stress and havoc, that we NEED to protect our brains, our bodies and our spirits by developing a consistent meditation practice and learn how to access that part of ourselves that is always whole, healthy & wise.
Meditation has been used to enhance focus and concentration for years, and to enhance performance in athletes, performers and speakers.
Consistent meditators have shown substantial increases in brain matter, enhanced neuroplasticity, increased immunity, and enhanced emotional resilience and strength.
Includes brief written instructions, and multiple experiential audios of guided meditations to use in multiple ways.
Additional meditations will be added throughout the year, and you can even submit a request for additional meditations you would like to try out!
