Many clients struggle with this component. Not only will be help you evaluate the appropriate nutritional requirements for your individual needs and energy levels, but we will also help you develop your own individualized meals and creation of recipes including your own grocery lists.
Nutritional plans are mindful of your dietary needs, chronic illnesses or food allergies, so you don’t need to worry about flaring these up!
Some of our clients, especially when making transformational life changes, would like to have a guide mentoring them through the grocery store, and teaching them how to select whole foods, nutritious ingredients and read food labels appropriately.
Cooking can be a most enjoyable, creative and fun experience for many. Yet there are some people that feel that cooking is a burden, mostly because they have not learned how to do so. Our registered dietitian, also happens to be a Chef! So you will be in great hands as she can guide you step-by-step in how to put your meals together, and help you uncover the joy of cooking!
We can guide you to find flexibility and enjoyment in eating out, while still following your individualized meal plan. We will help you choose, read ingredients and have an effective decision-making process so you can choose the best entrees that support your goals. In special requests, we may guide you during an “Outing Meal”.

Mindful and intuitive eating rest at the foundation of what our center stands for. We believe that learning how to be present, in-the-moment, and appreciating the full experience of eating, is the most important component, to helping you eat in a way that enhances your health, digestion, enjoyment and ideal weight goals.
Medical Nutrition Therapy for Chronic Health Conditions:
We are very lucky that our nutritionists and dietitians have vast experience in treating chronic health conditions though the use of healthy eating. They understands the underlying challenges and considerations for nutrition in many chronic health conditions such as eating disorders, cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, celiacs, GERD, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, and many other cardiovascular, digestive and inflammatory conditions.
